Who we are
This service is provided by GPT Shop Ltd (company number 15766335, Goodison Middleton, Winterslow, Salisbury SP5 1QR). Contact: chris@gptshopltd.com.
The service
We restore and, if you choose, colourise the photos you upload, using AI-assisted tools, and a person checks every result. Colours added to black-and-white photos are an informed reconstruction, not a historical record. We deliver a high-resolution JPEG of each photo by email within 3 working days of your order.
Prices and payment
£15 per photo, or £39 for each set of 3. Prices are the full price, with nothing added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.
Your photos
You confirm that you own the photos or have permission to have them restored, including from anyone pictured where needed. We use your photos only to fulfil your order and delete them as set out in our privacy notice.
Your right to cancel
By paying, you ask us to start work straight away. You can cancel within 14 days of your order for a refund of any photo we haven't started. Once a photo has been restored and delivered, the right to cancel no longer applies to that photo. To cancel, email chris@gptshopltd.com with your order reference.
Re-edits and refunds
Every photo includes one free re-edit: reply to the delivery email and tell us what to change. If a photo is too damaged for us to restore well, we'll tell you and refund that photo in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days. None of this affects your statutory rights.
Our liability
We take reasonable care with your photos, but please keep your original prints and files. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
